The Fantastic Falcons drum and bugle corps was originally organized in the fall of 1941 as the Flemington Boy Scouts of Lock Haven, under the direction Stiles Williamson with a $5 gift from the pocket of the Reverend William H. (Ben) Gould.
The Scouts entertained in military and local events, going inactive in 1943 and reorganized in 1945 under the sponsorship of the Firemen Good Will Hose Co. as the Flemington Good Will Cadets parade unit, entering the field of competition as members of the Penn-NJ circuit in 1949.
In 1951, the corps was renamed the Black Ravens, under the continued support of the Good Will Co. and remained a parade and exhibition group until 1962, joining the NY-Penn circuit and re-entered the field of competition in 1963 & 1964. The Ravens converted back to parade status and once again changed their name in 1967 to the Fantastic Falcons.
They disbanded in 1974.
