The Generations drum and bugle corps was originally formed in 1988 by Gerald “Gerry” Mederos as an Alumni drum corps.

The corps was active in parades and exhibitions throughout the Northeastern states and expanded to a competitive “Mini-Corps” from 1994 to 1998. They entered the field of competition in 1997 as members of the Drum Corps Associates (DCA) circuit, participating in the DCA “Class A” championships from 1998 to 2000, placing 2nd & 3rd in 1998 & 1999 respectively and winning the 2000 “Class A” title. The Generations remained active as a parade and exhibition unit until 2005, returning to DCA “Mini-Corps” competition one last time in 2009.

They disbanded in 2010.
