12th District American Legion Post

The 12^th District drum and bugle corps participated in the American Legion convention parade in 1931 and competed in the IN AL state “Class B” championships in 1932, placing 3^rd and returned in 1933.

From 1935 to 1937, the 12^th Post competed at the American Legion National preliminaries, finishing 40^th in 1935, 46^th in 1936 and 34^th in 1937. In 1940, the corps competed at the IN AL championships, placing 5^th and 6^th in 1941.

The corps was active until at least 1951.
