The Central Airs drum and bugle corps was formed in the fall of 1971 when the Central Airs “All Girls” corps reorganized as a coed unit.
They performed as a parade and exhibition corps from 1972 to 1975 before entering the field of competition at the WI VFW State championships in 1976, placing 3rd in “Class C” competition.
The Central Airs remained active in 1977 before disbanding the following year.
