CORPS Photos
The Dimension drum and bugle corps was formed in the fall of 1987 as a perennial member of the FAMQ circuit.
After their inaugural season as a parade corps, the unit entered the field of competition in the “Class C” division in 1989, placing 2nd in the championships and moved up to “Class B” competition, once again placing 2nd in the 1990 FAMQ contest. For a third year in a row, the Dimension finished as bridesmaids in the newly re-classified “Class A/60” in the Québec championships.
In 1992, the corps was crowned the FAMQ “A-60” champions, defending their title the following season, when in the fall of 1993, an influx of members from the recently inactivated Sénateurs of Ancienne Lorette helped strengthen the ranks. They moved up to the “Division II” level and participated in their first DCI championships, placing 7th in the prelims in 1994, also capturing the FAMQ “ Class A” title. The last two years saw the corps reach the finals in the DCI “Division II” contests and placed 2nd (1995) and 3rd (1996) in the FAMQ “Division I” circuit championships.
They disbanded in 1997.
