The Wayne County Council Senior Drum and Bugle Corps was based in Detroit, Michigan.

Perhaps part of the reason the corps won seven VFW National Championships in the 1930s and 1940s was that drum major Lou Estes never wore a shirt on the field: just gold shorts, gold boots, and a gold baton; that was it.
